I love the aesthetic applied to the image, how did you create that almost vintage tape like effect?

I don't know how to tell you that completely, because I'm unsure what program you use. It'd probably be best for you to just look up a tutorial specific to your preferred program. Part of what I use is a horizontal line filter and chromatic aberration.
